We may receive transaction details, payment status, and a Stripe transaction identifier, but we do not store your complete payment-card number on our website.
  • Communication preferences, including whether you have asked to receive order-related communications by email or text message.
  • Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and essential cookie or security information generated when you use the website.

How We Use Information

  • Provide estimates, process orders and payments, confirm measurements and pricing, perform quilting services, and return completed quilts.

Photographs of Quilting Projects

Photographs you submit and photographs we take of your quilting project may be used for condition records, order documentation, quality review, and private customer communications. These operational photographs may be retained with your order records.

We will use photographs of your quilt or our quilting work publicly in our website gallery, portfolio, social media, advertising, or other promotional materials only when you provide separate, optional permission. Declining promotional photograph permission will not affect your eligibility for service, pricing, scheduling, or the care provided to your quilt.

If you previously provided permission and later ask us to stop using a photograph, we will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use. We may not be able to recall materials that were printed, distributed, or published before we received your request.

Text Messages and Email Communications

We may send order-related emails when necessary to complete or support your order. These communications may include order confirmation, questions about your materials or selections, arrival confirmation, quilting-status updates, payment information, and return-shipping information.

We will send order-related text messages only when you provide consent to receive them at the telephone number you supplied. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw text-message consent by replying STOP or by contacting us. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
